This policy explains payment handling for purchases from Imagine That Tees & More.
Accepted payment methods
Only payment methods actively displayed during checkout are accepted. Availability may vary by device, location, order, currency, and payment provider. A payment method mentioned elsewhere is not available unless it appears at checkout.
Currency and billing
Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply conversion, authorization, or other charges under its own terms. You are responsible for accurate billing information.
Payment authorization
Orders are not accepted for production until payment is authorized or another approved arrangement is confirmed. An authorization hold is not always a completed charge. Failed, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payments may delay or cancel an order.
Payment security
Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. Imagine That Tees & More does not store complete card numbers. Never send full payment-card details by email or through a personalization field.
Taxes, shipping, and fees
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and order fees are calculated or displayed before checkout completion when required. Customers are responsible for any lawful duties or charges shown for their destination.
Suspicious or unauthorized payments
We may request verification, pause fulfillment, or cancel and refund an order when fraud, unauthorized payment, or security concerns are reasonably suspected.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Contact us first so we can review an order concern. Refund eligibility is governed by the Return & Refund and Cancellation policies.
