Imagine That Tees & More offers shipping and, when available, local pickup for made-to-order, personalized, seasonal, and ready-to-ship products. Availability and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
Production time
Most made-to-order products require approximately 2–7 business days before shipment or pickup. Complex personalization, proof approval, high-volume seasons, material availability, or large orders may require additional time. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Timing depends on production, destination, carrier service, holidays, weather, and address accuracy. Any estimate shown at checkout begins after production is complete.
Shipping rates and destinations
Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Promotions or free-shipping offers apply only when their stated requirements are met.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout after the carrier accepts the package. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update. A carrier scan marked “delivered” does not always identify the exact placement of a package.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible. Reshipping, interception, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Carrier delays, loss, and damage
We are not responsible for carrier, weather, customs, or other delays outside our control, but we will help review tracking and available claims. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, packaging photos, and clear photos of the item.
Local pickup
When local pickup is offered, wait for a pickup-ready confirmation before visiting. Bring the order number and purchaser name. Pickup is at 1038 S Grass Valley Rd, Ste I, Winnemucca, NV 89445 during the hours confirmed with your order.
